This page has the governing documents of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health: our Royal Charter, Bye-Laws and Regulations.
The Royal Charter was granted to the ¹ú²ú×ÔÅÄ in 1996 when the organisation was established as the successor to the British Paediatric Association. It sets out the ¹ú²ú×ÔÅÄ’s overall objects in improving child health.
Amending any of these documents requires the approval of both the College’s Board of Trustees, the governing body, and a General Meeting.
